Maniago is a good obscure guess. He had 36 career playoff GP.

Hints for the last three

1) more famous as a GM who is credited with building a champion and blamed for a relocation

2) nicknamed 'Suitcase' for his career of impermanence: played for Five time first round game 7 loser team, Seals, Hawks, Canucks, North Stars, Capitals and Jets, along with several teams in other leagues, from 1965-80

3) Can you believe Chicago let both Hasek and Belfour go but held onto this guy?

Hackett is correct.

Holy cow, Rutherford is an excellent guess as he nearly fits into the category AND fits with one of my hints. But no.

This guy didn't preside over the relocation but he is still blamed for it because of the Cullen-Zalapski for Francis-Samuelsson trade.
