Seattle should absolutely sign him, if for no other reason than to see the Habs lose another Hall of Fame goalie for no reason whatsoever.

I absolutely would not. He's almost 34, has only had one above average season in the last four years, is dealing with hip and knee injuries and is getting 10.5 for the next 5 years. He's incredibly unlikely to live up to that contract and honestly I expect him to be a below average starter for the rest of his career.

Plus they have lots of decent goalie options to work with. Driedger, Kahkonen and Vanecek are a pretty compelling trio on their own and you can still pull a decent piece like Danault, Kulak, Armia or Drouin out of the Habs.
